Pre-Sea Course for CCMC(Seamen)

Eligibility Criteria

 

Educational Qualification : Pass the exam 10+2 or equivalent from any recognized Board, any stream with minimum 40% marks in aggregate and English as a subject , also require 40% marks in English either in 10^th. Or 12^th.standard.

Age Limit : Not less than 17 years 6months and not more than 25 years at the time of commencement of the Course.

Medical Fitness: As per M .S Medical examination of Seafarers rules, 2000 as amended from time to time.

 Course Fees : 130000/- (One lakh thirty thousand only) including fooding,lodging,books and periodicals , uniforms and basic familiarization Course( i.e PST,PSSR,EFA,FPFF ) No stipend is payable during the training period.

 Duration : 6 (Six )Months

 Intake capacity : 40 (forty)/Batch

 Commencement of the Course : 1^st.day of July-2012

Selection : On the basis of interview and personality test

 Date of Interview :16-01/23-01-/30=01/06-02/13-02/20-02/ 27-02/05-03/12-03/ and 19-03-2012.

Prospect : After successfully completion of the course (Pass the BES exit exam.)candidate shall be entitled to obtain the CDC from the office of the Shipping Master, Mumbai and eligible for join merchant navy job.

Valid documents : Before Join the course candidate must obtain the passport from the office of regional passport officer.

To all the trainees of GP Batch 26  are advised to collect their CDC from city office on 13-09-2011 ( tuesday ) onwards by producing the money recpt,certificate in original except those who have not submitted the xerox copy of passport

For CCMC Batch Not.19 awaiting for CDC

Those who have not received the passport yet ,are advise to collect the passport as soon as possible and submit the photo copy  of the same to the city office urgently to avoid the delay for collecting of CDC
